Ratings & Reviews for VIKIO 36 inch Ducted 980-CFM Black Under Cabinet Range Hood

Fine piece of kit!

I like that it had a plug in cord. I had to install an electrical outlet in the cabinet but that's okay because now its not hotwired & I can quickly unplug the unit if need be. It works great! The two lights & fans work well.

Best experience

Hood Range is great and installation was wonderful. Thank you for providing installation.

Vikio Under Cabinet Range Hood

It is very nice looking and I like that the filters come off for washing in the dishwasher.

I'll huff... and puff...

This thing is beastly, and by that I mean it could blow/suck your house down (in a good way, of course). Might be too big for some kitchens, but if you have space then go for it!

Very sleek nice looking stove hood.Easy to install

This system looks amazing the black color is perfect and very easy to install. The vent is quiet and the lights are just the right amount of soft light.

Nice Design

Excellent build quality and finish. The black is sleek and it’s packed with more features than an overhead exhaust fan needs. The lighting is great and the removable filters are easy to clean.

Nice black finish, good quality

Really nice black finish and great quality. Very easy install. Highly recommend for a professionak or diy project warrior. Will definitely serve its purpose.

Well-made, sturdy, and packed well, modern hood

This under-cabinet range hood seems very well made, sturdy, and has modern features like under lights and touch sensors. I liked how well it was packaged, so that any internal components would not get damaged in shipment. The installation guide - see my picture - shows exactly where you need to have the cut-outs and power cord holes. The wiring diagram works for hard-wired service to the range hood. It fit nicely under my cabinet as well, adding nice lighting when turned on. I am impressed with ...

Awesome large vent

I love this vent. Matte black is so nice looking, and the vent has a smooth finish, which makes cleaning it super easy. It's very large as well, and can handle a large 36 inch range.

Hood is great, no complaints

Fan works great and I have never had better lighting on my range top. This is a huge step up in capability from my other cheap hood. The hands free sensors make it convenient to use and icons are easy to understand. The delay feature isn’t my favorite so I just have to repeat to turn off instantly. Install was a bit longer than I hoped- but was done in about 30 minutes. The high is also quite loud, but it does bring the power and does great to suck out the air. The two bight lights are perfect- ...

Quiet and nice

Ive used the silver and black. They each fit in a different setting. The black one looks very classy on dark themed kitchen for sure and blends in nicely.
