Directions suck
Would RecommendIt appears to be well put together however the instructions are minimal and no help at all. The provided instructions do not identify the bolts and screws. Nothing about being put on wood or cement. Recommend getting your own bolts or screws. don't drill anything until you figure what you are utilizing to attach and maybe some glue. If in full sun it does get very hot.
Good, But ...
Product seems to be made well but the masonry anchor bolts did not work well. And it's Very Hard to find a 10mm masonry bit. 3/8's is a bit too small for the hardware provided. Aggravating. And the handrail assembly isn't as firm (not wobbly) as I was hoping. That's after I ran to the hardware store for different/better anchor bolts. Ugh.

railing good -pressure expansion bolts weak
Would Not RecommendDo not follow their limited instructions on size holes and expansion bolts. Either drill smaller holes and use 3/8 lag screws (regret I had drilled as instruct) or buy sleeve anchors from Lowes of quality - half theirs did not work and I am not sure the half that did are solid - I will be replacing them with better sleeve anchors

Beautiful, but holes do not match up.
Would RecommendI ordered 2 and they are very nice but, one is very wobbly because the holes do not match up. Had to order another one. Directions could have been better also.

End user
These handrails are excellent quality and very sturdy. They were easy to put together and easy to install. My installer did you longer screws due to where the handrails were being installed. The only thing I would change on the handrail is the screw/bolt color. They should be black to match the color of the railing.

Great purchase
I bought a pair of these railings to make safer two interior steps between my kitchen and sun room as my aging knees get weaker. The railings not only make the steps much safer but greatly improve the appearance of that area. It took a handyman less than 1 hour to install them.
