Nice pry bar set. Small enough to get the molding off with out breaking, but strong enough to do the job.

Pry bar

Bought pry bar to help take off base and shoe molding when replacing an older linoleum floor on a concrete basement floor. Actually did double duty as a scraper on the glue and paper backing where the larger 3in scraper did not fit as well. Such as around hot water heater and HVAC Air handler.

I do a variety of wood working and this set of 3 pry bars are very handy to have for multiple uses.

Perfect for the job at hand

I used this tool to remove old shoe molding in preparation for installing hard wood floors. It was just the right size for the job.

Painted metal is not good

When you have painted tool and the tool comes in contact with wood leaves a blue mark. Taking off trim painted white get blue marks on wood. The base painted is fine the tool edge should not be painted.

Great prybar set to prevent trim damage !

Just finished the hardwood flooring install over the winter, downstairs and upstairs, baseboards undercut back to the studs. These fine quality pry bars saved me so many headaches and time I bought a second set just to save the edges of the hardwood during the install, I find a job done well and once keeps “Wifey” happy ! Happy Wife = Happy Life !

Removal of baseboard

I was visiting a friend in another state. He wanted to take up some baseboard. This pry bar was the perfect size. We got the job done. I would definitely do recommend

Needed to remove baseboard moulding

Initially planned on buying one bar, the larger of the three in this set. Found this set next to it with three sizes at about the same price so I bought the set. Turned out that I never used the size I intended to buy, but the two smaller ones worked just fine.

They work

Using it for prying off trim boards. Be aware the blue paint on these will mark the wall. Not ideal but if you are pulling trim you probably already plan to repaint. I, though, was hoping not to before using these.
