Fantastic... Extension cord. Love it!

I live in a subdivision but I am surrounded by trees. Every day I have t blow off the patio and deck from seeds and leaves from trees. I have an electric leaf blower so I need an extension cord. Good heavy duty cord

The Utilitech Pro 15-ft Contractor Cord was better than I expected! It is very well made and looks like it will hold up to the rigors of work. The lighted end is amazing and will certainly come in handy. It has a velcro strap so it will be easy to store when not in use. The short length is perfect for small jobs. I anticipate that this cord is going to be in constant use!

Very Sturdy Cord

I've used many different cords of the years. This is by far the sturdiest. 12 gauge is obviously plenty of cable for 15A and beyond. I was surprised how flexible it is making layout and use easy despite the gauge and weight. The connectors are robust. After having some older types get pretty hot when in high amp use, nice to have one I don't have to worry about for a table saw or space heater etc.

Utilitech Pro - 15-ft 12/3 3-Prong Great drop cord

This cord is a great shop cord and for using in the yard the lighted end lets you know you have power for safety and knowing it working properly. I have used it in my shop to run sanders and other corded equipment and does a great job. I used it this weekend to conect my battery charger to my truck love it.

Perfect shop extension cord

Great little cord

I used the cord during some kitchen renovations. It’s sturdy and held up well. I love the little light that glows so you don’t have to wonder if it has power in the line. I also thought had an impressive warranty though I haven’t had to use it.

Extremely tough and very well made.

This extension cord is very high quality and durable. I love the fact the end lights up when it’s plugged in to let you know if the cord has power and the Velcro strap is nice touch. It definitely helps figuring out if you threw a breaker or your tool is broken. I used this extension cord on my air compressor and does the job perfectly. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a high quality cord vs some of the cheapos on the market.

Lifetime warranty

Look at this 15' extension cord. 12-3, The wire size is so important to carry a heavy electrical load. the cord won't get hot and short through! the ends have power indicators in them so you will always know the is electricity flowing!

Great for what it is.

If you need a good basic outdoor-rated electrical cord, this is a good one to get. It has a NEMA 5-15 rating which means it will connect to the common US Standard outlets, two-pole, three-wire grounding receptacle (maximum of 15A and 125V). Perfect length!

This is the perfect extension cord length for my garage, long enough to be useful without a bunch of excess to trip over. Nice quality, the light is just the right amount of bright on the receiver end of and it comes with it's own Velcro keeper strap. Bonus!!

Heavy Duty

This is a great heavy duty indoor/outdoor extension cord. Has indicator light showing power to the plug and a velcro loop to hold it together for hanging in the shop.

Trip Hazard

I need an extension cord for a space heater and the breaker in my bedroom can't handle the load. I have been using a lighter weight extension cord but it was getting hot. This one handles the load with no heat, but won't lay flat. I spent 10 minutes trying to straighten the cord enough just so it was not all bunched up. I don't know if it is the gauge of the wires or the plastic cover. It does have a clear plastic plug on both ends, but only the receptacle side lights up.

...cord. Well made heavy gauge cord. This 12 gauge cord will work nice to extend the reach for my 125 amp wire feed welder. It actually appears heavier than the welder's cord. The receptacle's built in light is also handy. Lets you know if you have power. The high visibility yellow color is a bonus. The cord plugs are very well made and the extension looks like it will give you many years of service.

Good, but not pro quality.

Extension cord seems of good quality, with a couple exceptions: 1. On the cord package it says "ultra flexible to -58 degrees F". When I pulled the cord out of the package (temperature was 40 degrees) the cord didn't really want to straighten out. As the cord warmed closer to room temperature it uncoiled better. Not a major issue, but if you are buying this cord to work in extremely cold temperatures it could become annoying. 2. I don't know what the NEC code is for allowable voltage drop of a...
