It is rated for 15Amp service and is 12/3 wire with a safety yellow insulated wire about 1/2" in diameter (this large diameter makes it very stiff). It has a standard NEMA 5-15 3-prong plug and a 3-wide receptacle - there is NO LOCKING feature. Reviewing the packaging that came with it doesn't mention LOCKING. It does have a power indicator light in the receptacle end that indicates when the cord is plugged in...

Would RecommendVery useful when working with few outlets for your tools. The wire is rated for a full 15 amps. Nice feature, it has a light in the outlet end when live. Do not use in wet conditions. The ability to use three different electric tools without having to unplug and plug in next tool makes this a real time saver. Hard plastic covering the outlets so it will withstand accidentally stepping on it.

Heavy Duty! Does Exactly What I Needed
Would RecommendThe packaging states that the cord stays flexible in low temperatures, when I first received the product it was delivered in around freezing temperatures and although the short cord was a little stiff, it was still flexible enough. The heavy gauge wire should handle anything I want to run off of it and the lighted receptacles let me know it's live. Very pleased with this product and will continue using it on the job site.

Nice heavy duty outdoor locking extension cord
Would RecommendThis is a heavy duty outdoor locking extension cord. 2 ft, it's long enough and doesn't get in the way. Has a nice orange LED glow at the receptor end. Helps me to know if I need to turn on the switch in the house or if it is ready to use. I use it for my outside lights. Just remember not to overload it.

Would RecommendThis is a high quality extension cord extender. The wire gage is ver thick. It’s rated at 1875W and for OUTDOOR use. It’s about 2’ long (see photo). Really like the orange LED in the receptor. Overall very pleased. Will probably buy an extra.

Would RecommendThe head lights up to confirm there is power. It is 12 gauge wire which with 3 places to plug in tools. It's heavy gauge makes it safe to use on construction sites. The only improvement it needs is GFI protection.

Would RecommendThis UtiliTech Pro power block is very well constructed. The one I was supposed to get was to be interlock connection but was sent standard plug. I love that it has an internal light to indicate power is on the line. This helps to identify faults also. The only issue I have would be the cord being rated at 15 Amps for the AWG of 12/3 wiring. I think this can should be rated at 20 AMP. Either way it is sturdy and works well with three connections.
