Would RecommendProduct allows me to keep my 4x4 posts close to the ground versus standing them on cement blocks that are about 8 inches thick. I don’t know how well they would work for a long fence. I suspect they wouldn’t be as stable as cement ones. I’m using them for a short fence (about 8 feet long). The downside is they are more expensive than cement ones.
