Do not do project work with Owings Mills Lowes.

Lowes driver delivered my 6 square Trex Composite boards to the wrong address and my order was a week late causing additional expense to me for my contractor have to take additional week to complete the work.

The boards are not square

My finished deck, using all Trex materials was a disappointment. The deck boards came warped in every direction possible. The worst part is that the cross section of each board was a slight U shape, so every time it rains, there is a small lake on every board. If you look down the long edge of the boards, they look like lines a skier would carve in the snow. All of them at the store are that way. I wish I had done wood. Be prepared to give instructions to delivery Man

So Far So Good.... Trex was delivered when they said it would be and the Lowe's Driver was Second to None concerning the way he proceeded to unload my delivery. Could Not have Gone any Better. I am unable to Comment on the product itself as it has not been installed as of yet..

Very easy to install!

Trex is a fabulous product. This is my second time building a deck utilizing it. It is so easy to install, I am a 66 years old woman and doing it myself. I removed a redwood deck, and will use the redwood for another project. But it was too much maintenance and I did not want to have to maintain a deck.

Warped Trex

The worst product I have ever Used. The ends and middle are warped so bad I could not use some pieces. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT.

Worst delivery experience I have every had

The initial delivery shorted me of one board. Customer service added the missing delivery to a second delivery. The second delivery was delayed by six days and when the delivery came today the board was still missing. The driver was very rude and said he could not help me!!!!! I paid workers to spend extra time to wait for the delayed delivery and the board they could not place on my deck. I will never order from Lowed again!!!!!

Doesnt look like wood but still love the look

THis is an entry level decking board. It in no way looks like real wood and i didnt expect it to. But, if you are ordering it sight unseen you should be aware. However, it is a quality product with minimal maintenance required. i was tired of having to pressure wash and stain my deck year after year. when it was finally time to replace the deck boars i decided it was worht the extra spend to get trex. i have no regrets.
