Lowe's contractor installed Trex decking in 2022. This year all of the side boards on the deck have warped even though I was assured this would not occur. I have tried repeatedly to contact Lowe's to see who and how to contact someone to help. It has been thirty days and still I have not been able to contact anyone. The product is overall good. However, I ordered 20 ft boards (max length) to cover the entire width of my deck without seams. The ends of every board have curled upward making an unpleasant finished product look when installed.
