Expect better fot the price
Would RecommendNot only was the order delayed by three weeks but out of 49 boards, 2 were damaged. I was still able to use them but at the price (a little over $4000) i expect them all to be perfect. Many of the boards also had a slight warp at the ends. I could not check them on arrival as they were in a bundle, and the only reason I chose delivery was that at 16ft I could not transport them myself. Again i was able to use them but i would think again before using lowes for this product.

Lowe's contractor installed Trex decking in 2022. This year all of the side boards on the deck have warped even though I was assured this would not occur. I have tried repeatedly to contact Lowe's to see who and how to contact someone to help. It has been thirty days and still I have not been able to contact anyone. Good experience. My last pickup the coordinator called me as I pulled into the parking lot to have me pull up to the front contractor area since it was raining and I have some heavy decking. they had me loaded within minutes. Great Job Lowes. Pretty convenient and fast.
