Terrible service Freon Lowe’s
Delivery driver damaged a piece when he dropped the decking on my driveway. He took a picture of the damage and said Lowe’s would credit me. I went back into Lowe’s and spoke to someone who put notes in my account and said someone would be out the next day to pick up the damaged piece. He also said they would deliver another piece. I asked for credit, but he said this is the way they do it with deliveries. No one ever showed up. It is now 2 weeks later. Very, very bad service from Lowe’s.
