Ratings may include incentivized customer reviews.
What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the composite decking for its realistic wood-like appearance, exceptional durability, and minimal upkeep. Most highlight the consistent color, professional finish, and ease of installation using standard tools. Reviewers emphasize that it requires no painting, staining, or sealing while resisting rot, warping, and insects, making the higher upfront cost worthwhile for long-term value. A few report warped boards upon arrival or note the material becomes very hot in direct sunlight. Overall, customers consider it a superior alternative to wood decking.

Lowe’s butler nj lost my order
Would Not RecommendWould help if Lowe’s ordered the right stuff. And to add insult to injury the service manager gave me grief over my refusal to accept product which was stored out of doors which was someone else’s order

Look over product
Like the product, but the product your staff chose was terrible. The trek deck was dirty and some had scratches. Seems like old material you couldn’t sell in the store but give to people who order online. Not very fair to the people who order online.

Actual dimensions are 0.56" x 11.375" x 12' !
Would Not RecommendDimensions are not as advertised on either Lowe's Website or on Trex Website. Very expensive for what you actually end up with and I do not consider this a worthwhile purchase.
