Would RecommendLaid out easy and installation was done much quicker than removing the old boards. Hidden track fasteners were also a huge benefit and made it look even better

Would RecommendMaterial was fine only gave 4 stars because I couldn’t get the square edge in 12’. Caused me to have to redesign the layout to hide the grooves with 8’ square edges. Turned out nice though.

Would Not RecommendOrdered 20 ft Trex boards, two types, one came damaged and one was missing a board. Now my whole project gets held up 2 weeks!!! Customer service did not care or can do anything. Horrible service. Our deck furniture and pergola are now being ordered elsewhere. You lost the rest of my house renovation business.

Would RecommendThe Trex product seems to be an excellent product, no complaints so far with that. Lowe’s customer service however, is lacking a bit. I get a text 2 days before my delivery date asking me if the delivery date is still good, and if someone will be home. It then says the night before they will send me a 4 hour delivery window.
