They were stored properly and installed properly with a huge French drain underneath. We have had to replace approximately 20 pieces and alternate them with the bad pieces so the deck looks good and works well. Would RecommendAn awesome alternative for deck flooring. This was my first time installing a deck. These boards are really durable and were easy to install on my deck. The boards are easy to cut and I highly recommend installing them with the Trex hidden fasteners. I also appreciate how easy they are to clean.

I am a loyal lowe's customer here in Nashville, TN and in Destin Florida and this order was really bad. Mr. Orlando at pro desk has done a wonderful job helping me order this product. however the system pushed back the order by one week. I went to talk to manager and one of the employe whis she was very rude and honestly I am not surprised by that when i saw two star rating of customer service.
