LOVE OUR TREX DECK!
Would RecommendI absolutely love my Trex deck. We combined the Coastal Bluff brown with the Clam Shell color and both colors just pop. The Coastal Bluff really looks rich up against the Clam Shell color. Please view my photo for what I mean. The quality of the Trex decking is also great. We have been sliding things on it with no scratching and the warranty and name brand behind it is great. We will enjoy this deck at the lake for many years to come.

boards were short!
Bought a second batch of these boards to finish a project. The first batch were about 145-1/2" (slightly over the 12' advertised.) Thats good! Lets you square the edges if necessary or trim to the required 12'. However, in the second batch ALL of the boards (ten total) were 143-3/8" (about a half inch short of 12 feet). I don't know if that's a manufacturing defect, or someone cut them a bit then returned them and they were reshelved? But I'm not happy. what am I supposed to do - return them? (I...

Would Not RecommendDid my entire deck in toasted sand and less than 6 months nearly all the decking had split. Direct sun here in Hawaii caused it to crack than split. Trex warranty is so-so. They helped me through the process of getting replacement boards but doesn’t cover labor, etc… Now 8 months later the new boards are cracking as well. These boards do not hold up. Really let down.
