Would Not RecommendI just redid a 500sqft deck and when the Lowes truck delivered I noticed all the ends of boards were severely warped up on both ends. I said I wanted to return it and the drive said he doesn’t do returns and to call the store, so I looked on line and a lot of people posted about this issue and said just install it and they will lay flat after the sun hits it. Would Not RecommendThe boards themselves are fine -- once you finally actually receive the correct ones, undamaged -- but the service from Lowe's was utterly abysmal. I think everyone that works at Lowe's either couldn't care less about the service they provide or they have continuous circus music playing in their heads.

Lowes Ramsey Street Horrible Service
Would Not RecommendI ordered these on May 18, 2024 and the individuals who were went to pick them up May 25, 2024 were unable to do so due the boards being too long for the truck. The boards were left in the store in order have them picked by someone with a larger vehicle and we are being told the boards can’t be found anywhere in the store. Unfortunately this is not the first time my order at this Lowes was totally unsatisfactory, disappointing, and frustrating !

Expect better fot the price
Would RecommendNot only was the order delayed by three weeks but out of 49 boards, 2 were damaged. I was still able to use them but at the price (a little over $4000) i expect them all to be perfect. Many of the boards also had a slight warp at the ends. I could not check them on arrival as they were in a bundle, and the only reason I chose delivery was that at 16ft I could not transport them myself. Again i was able to use them but i would think again before using lowes for this product.
