Customers overwhelmingly praise this composite decking for exceptional durability, realistic wood appearance, and minimal maintenance requirements. Reviewers consistently highlight the natural wood texture, rich coloration, and color options that match design expectations perfectly. Most emphasize the product's resistance to rot, warping, and fading, with many noting it eliminates annual staining and sealing. Customers appreciate the easy installation and slip-resistant surface. A small number report minor color inconsistencies between boards or occasional warping, while a few mention the high price point and heat retention in direct sun. Overall, most consider it a worthwhile long-term investment.

Would RecommendColor match to Armadillo decking was very close. It's hard as a rock. Even self-drilling deck screws had trouble penetrating, so I drilled pilot holes. Worked perfectly.

Shrinkflation Strikes Again
Would RecommendTrex is a good product, but apparently the size has changed over the years. We build our deck in 2017 with Trex Transcend Spiced Rum boards, and there was one edge that I wasn't happy with. Finally decided to replace it and guess what? The new trim boards are about 1/2 narrower than they used to be.
