Would RecommendGreat Product. Deck is Lave Rock and is 8 years old, the TREX is still like new. But the treated under the deck all rotted out in 6 years. I had to remove all the top boards, over 4000 screws and replace all the joists and beams. This time I used joist tape on all joists, beams and ledger boards.
