What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this composite decking for its stunning, realistic wood-like appearance and exceptional durability. Most highlight the rich color, authentic grain, and elegant finish that retains its beauty for years without fading or warping. Reviewers consistently report decks holding up beautifully after five years or more, resisting rot and weather damage far better than traditional wood. Many find installation straightforward, though some note challenges with board warping, hidden fastener visibility, and dimensional inconsistencies requiring extra planning. A few mention the surface is slippery when wet and gets hot in direct sunlight, while occasional defects occur but are typically replaced. Overall, customers consider the investment worthwhile for long-term performance and aesthetic appeal.

Would RecommendThe product as far as looks, and overall quality are fine the issue that I have now and have had it twice is the width of the deck board itself. Out of ordering 30 boards and sending them back twice because the width that is specified on all of the literature is 5 1/2" and you set your deck up for that width to match the other side of a picture frame for spacing and receive deck board that are 5 3/8" wide your spacing is all thrown off. See pictures. I have even talked to Trex with their NW sale...
