Poor Service
Product is fine, the customer service was lacking. Ordered for pickup, as my husband has some health issues so I wanted it ready to go. Lowes Silverdale told us it was ready for pickup, yet when my husband got there it was not. He had to load the material to checkout, and then to the truck.

Nice product, great customer service
Would RecommendI purchased Trex decking from Lowe's, but Trex screws in Honey Grove color were not available here, so I bought them directly from Trex online. I received an email the next day from a Trex associate who answered installation questions. When I broke a screw and damaged my new decking, she promptly sent me a coring tool and plugs. This is a $40-50 tool, provided gratis. I am very pleased with the look of my decking and Trex customer service is top drawer.
