Worst delivery experience I have every had
Would Not RecommendThe initial delivery shorted me of one board. Customer service added the missing delivery to a second delivery. The second delivery was delayed by six days and when the delivery came today the board was still missing. The driver was very rude and said he could not help me!!!!! I paid workers to spend extra time to wait for the delayed delivery and the board they could not place on my deck. I will never order from Lowed again!!!!!

Would Not RecommendI just redid a 500sqft deck and when the Lowes truck delivered I noticed all the ends of boards were severely warped up on both ends. I said I wanted to return it and the drive said he doesn’t do returns and to call the store, so I looked on line and a lot of people posted about this issue and said just install it and they will lay flat after the sun hits it. Would Not RecommendThe boards themselves are fine -- once you finally actually receive the correct ones, undamaged -- but the service from Lowe's was utterly abysmal. I think everyone that works at Lowe's either couldn't care less about the service they provide or they have continuous circus music playing in their heads.
