Lowe's contractor installed Trex decking in 2022. This year all of the side boards on the deck have warped even though I was assured this would not occur. I have tried repeatedly to contact Lowe's to see who and how to contact someone to help. It has been thirty days and still I have not been able to contact anyone. Would RecommendThis is my 3rd deck I have installed DIY with the Trex Enhance Naturals & I highly recommend the product. Be sure to follow the instructions & spacing of the boards. I have always used the hidden fasteners….a bit more expensive but they really provide a great finish to your project. You won’t regret paying the extra cost.
