Associates went out of their way to help
Would RecommendI did not like trying to get hold of a department. The system would not respond for almost a minute. And a few times it just hung up on me. What I did like the very friendly staff in person and over the phone( once I got through). Another issue was on the web site that said there were items to purchase but when talking to an associate, it was stated that the product on line had not been available for quite some time
