Horrible service. Our deck furniture and pergola are now being ordered elsewhere. You lost the rest of my house renovation business.

Would RecommendThe Trex product seems to be an excellent product, no complaints so far with that. Lowe’s customer service however, is lacking a bit. I get a text 2 days before my delivery date asking me if the delivery date is still good, and if someone will be home. It then says the night before they will send me a 4 hour delivery window. The night before, no delivery window is sent. The next day, no delivery window is sent. I wait around all morning , no contact from Lowe’s on when my delivery is coming. Now...
