It does cut cleanly.
Can't drive small (1") nails into it. Flex seal does not adhere to it. Will find out if it is water repellant by next year and it is highly valueable by manufacturer.

Lowes Pro Install - new deck over old Joists
Would Not RecommendHired a Lowes Pro for the install. He tore down the old deck to the joists. Added Some new Joists as we expanded the square footage. 1. Old Joists had settled/Saged causing Trex board to bow/bend. He should have shored up the joists and snap a line to make sure the joists were still even. 2. Multiple deliveries of Deck Material to my house as Lowes employees kept picking the wrong stuff, or they would pick warped pieces. 3. Pro like to order materials from the Pro Desk and when the materials a...

DONT let an associate pick items
Would Recommenddelivery- 3 all together were broken and part of board was chopped- after further inspection 8 boards all together were in horrible condition. It was clear that the associate that chose my project pieces did not care about the quality of the items they chose.
