Would RecommendBought a small place with old, deteriorating, very small decks. Did the porch with same footprint. Tore off back deck, expanded it to use 16’. Easy to work with. Husband had them done in a couple days per. Next up: a walkway leading to a back deck off Sunporch. Definitely the way to go whether harsh winters or extreme temperatures. Used Clamshell.

Would RecommendPurchased composite decking boards from Lowe’s and have been very happy with the quality. The boards were straight, consistent in color, and easy to work with during installation. They feel solid underfoot and should require much less maintenance than traditional wood decking. Overall, a great value for the price, and the project turned out looking fantastic.

Would RecommendI’ve really enjoyed working with this product and feel confident that this composite deck should give me many years of maintenance free use. The deck is now absolutely gorgeous! Do the research on the installation of this product and carefully plan. It’s expensive stuff so mistakes are costly.
