What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this composite decking for its stunning, consistent appearance, exceptional durability, and straightforward installation. Most highlight the rich color options and modern aesthetic that enhance outdoor spaces. Reviewers consistently note the material resists rot, warping, and fading far better than traditional wood, with many citing long-term value and low maintenance as major advantages. The boards are easy to cut and fasten, especially with hidden fastener systems that create seamless finishes. A small number mention the surface becomes very hot in direct sunlight, but overall, most customers consider this product a worthwhile investment.

Beware measurements not accurate!
Would Not RecommendThese planks are 5.5 wide, not 6", as stated everywhere, including in the paperwork when you place the order. You have to go under specification to see them listed, and they are listed in two ways in two locations.. Common Measurement (T x W)1-in x 6-in Actual Width (Inches) 5.5 I paid for the delivery of these boards and then was one short, and now HD wants to charge me $79 to deliver one board. I will have to get it delivered to pickup and then find someone with a truck to help me pick it u...

Poor material condition
Would Not Recommendboards were delivered with what seems like cement in the grooves. Terrible condition. Even after 3 cleanings with a broom and 2 powerwashings, still not clean.

Great product
Would RecommendI used the TREX deck to cover a patio cover top since we don't stand on it and I'm tired of painting it every 6 years due to the harsh sunlight. They are easy to work with and look great. Picking up this time was a pain. In store communications poor, had to wait 25 minutes without anyone telling me where they went to find my pick up item.

The extra cost for Trex is worth it.
Would RecommendThis material is easy to work with for layout and cutting to size. The clips keep spacing equal and holds the material in place. The drawback to this material is having to flatten the ends of the boards prior to installing. Sitting to long on a rack causes (I believe) the ends to curve up. Apply heat to the ends, add weight until cooled down. Overall, Trex is easy to use and looks great.

Damaged boards.
1 damaged board was noticed upon loading. When I got home, I noticed 2 other boards deeper in the stack were also scratched and gouged. It wasn’t noticeable when the order was loaded, only after the bundle was unstrapped and boards were taken off the top.
