Would Not RecommendIt had obviously been dropped or crushed because it was broken in two places… I was assuming these were made of PVC… more like sawdust and plastic molded material. Not really sure how this is going to withstand the elements.

Good quality, but not a good fit for standard 4x4
Would Not RecommendThe item itself is good quality and exactly what you'd expect from a brand like Trex, however, there is no good way to secure it to a 4x4 if you aren't using other Trex accessories (Railing etc). I had to buy 200 composite shims as the inside measurement is 3/4" larger than a regular 4x4 post. If you are using surface mount posts from Trex, then great, but this is not the only use case.

Replacement for broken one
Would RecommendHad to bring back a sleeve, big chunk broken out of the bottom when I opened the box. one of 13 I received on a pallet. But no broken shard piece in the box. Clear tape on bottom of box. Looks like box was dropped at ware house, with end coming open allowing broken piece to slip out of box.
