What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the decking for its beautiful, realistic wood-like appearance, particularly the rich gray tone and subtle grain variation that creates a high-end aesthetic. Reviewers consistently highlight the substantial weight and solid construction, comparing it favorably to traditional lumber and emphasizing its durability and weather resistance. Many value the maintenance-free benefits and ease of installation, especially with hidden fastener systems that create a seamless look. A few customers note minor concerns about color consistency or occasional warping, though these are isolated cases. Overall, most customers consider it a worthwhile investment that exceeds expectations.

Would RecommendColor match to Armadillo decking was very close. It's hard as a rock. Even self-drilling deck screws had trouble penetrating, so I drilled pilot holes. Worked perfectly.

Shrinkflation Strikes Again
Would RecommendTrex is a good product, but apparently the size has changed over the years. We build our deck in 2017 with Trex Transcend Spiced Rum boards, and there was one edge that I wasn't happy with. Finally decided to replace it and guess what? The new trim boards are about 1/2 narrower than they used to be.
