Would RecommendMy in-laws started replacing the boards to their existing back deck that are bowing and splintering. We bought these composite boards years ago to start the project and bought the last load this past month to finish the job. They are durable, last through all weather, are not bowing or bending when properly braced and are smooth to walk on. Doesn't Need Painting
Would RecommendExpensive but easy to work with, every board is the same - straight and true, and eliminates the need to paint your deck. Keep it well supported and it will not sag. Use Trex hidden clips - expensive also but they work very well, and eliminate unsightly surface screws. Can't comment about longevity.
