Easy to work with, clean cuts, installs perfectly
Would RecommendSuper easy to work with, cut cleanly, installed perfectly. Trex has a lot of great videos on YouTube to assist with planning and install. I got the Trex hidden fasteners, and they couldn't have been easier to install. I also bought the CoreTex screws with plugs that match, those things are amazing. This install was just a few steps, but I'll be getting this to complete a 20x40 deck that is planned for the future.

They are very heavy.

Use this composite lumber instead of wood.
Would RecommendProduct is FANTASTIC - Easy to cut, easy to install, looks great, and should last way longer than the wood deck boards it replaces. Best of all, it never needs painting. I installed it using the Trex hidden fasteners and these work great. I highly recommend these deck boards and their hidden fasteners. It is heavy but still manageable.

TREX deck boards
Would RecommendI bought this product to use as a "lid" of sorts on a housing built for a prefab pond. It looks like it will serve very well for that purpose. It is easily cut to the needed size, easily kept clean, and shouldn't discolor with time. Downsides would be that it is relatively expensive so you want your design to minimize waste and it seems to absorb sunlight quite readily so if used for a deck you probably don't want to walk barefoot on it .
