Trex Composite Deck Board

We redid our small deck and our front porch with grey composite and white railing to match our window trim. It's jewelry on our house! It looks beautiful. We are looking forward to not needing to do anything more that wash it off in the spring!

Trex Select-pebble gray

Special ordered ten 16 ft.boards of Trex Select in Pebble Gray. Came in w/o any damage. Has worked well. Have had same Trex on my front porch stairs and landing for a year and it still looks good. Now building large deck.

Still waiting

I have used this product previously with good results. This order however was placed over 2 week ago and I still have not received it. I called my local store yesterday morning to inquire about delivery and have not yet received an answer (a day and a half later). Not too happy now.

Trex Select

Ordered this product on line to finish deck that was being built. Originally bought larger quantity of 16' boards from a different supplier. Ordered these as did not need the 16' lengths to finish project. Boards matched others perfectly and installed in no time. Could have gone with a cheaper line of composite board but after looking around at some other decks found they do not hold up very well as cheaper products were cracking and splintering.

Made a great railing cover. Originally had 2x6 and just covered it up, no more painting on a yearly basis.

Hard as wood but so much nicer...

Durable and easy to care for

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Trex Saddle Deck Board is durable and easy to care for. While it has the appearance of wood it does not require the staining and upkeep that wood decks do.

Very dingy

never going back to wood

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this product is one the best decking materials out there. this decking does not fade. it is easy to maintain. we only power wash it once a year and that is all that is required to keep it looking new. we have had no stains on it that could nto be removed. lots of color options. looks great. the only downside would be that at times it can be very hot to walk on when out in the summer heat. no splinters! worth the extra money to save...

Very durable

Nice looking sample

Durable Yet Smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Saddle Deck Board Sample that I tried was a nice durable board. It was smooth with no splintering. I placed it on the ground and stood on it, and it was a strong board. I was also able to wipe it clean of any foot marks very easily. When I am ready to put my deck up I will definitely be using the Saddle Deck Boards.

Blown away!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First off, the color goes all the wat through, so even if it should get scuffed it won't show. Second, this is no flimsy piece of composite, I can't forsee any bowing occuring with this flooring. A quality product, I will be looking into installation of this flooring!

Saddle Deck is Nice

I love the feel and texture of it, and unlike wood it won't splinter & fade. They have many color choices available, and they pieces are interlocking for a great tight fit for your new deck, etc.... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since i only received one board i will do a review on the things i can tell honestly .The color is very nice , a dark brown with wood grain look . It seems to be very well made and is solid . I put the product to the test in hot weather by laying it outside to see what it would feel like as decking with the sun on it. Sturdy Deck Board

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was able to have the opportunity to test and review a Saddle Deck Board made by Trex. The sample board was smooth texture, dark cherry brown color and very sturdy. I imagined my blissful backyard to consist of a tree swing. First, I let my kids jump on it, they spill juice on it, which cleaned up perfectly. Overall, the board was sturdy, durable, and definitely the go to material I would use to build a tree swing in my yard.
