What Customers Are Saying
The Trex composite deck boards are generally considered a high-quality and durable decking material. Customers praise the boards for being solid, sturdy, and long-lasting, with a nice wood-like appearance that requires minimal maintenance. The boards are described as easy to clean and resistant to fading, splintering, and weather damage. However, some customers have experienced issues with the boards getting very hot to the touch in direct sunlight. Overall, the majority of customers seem very satisfied with the excellent quality, low-maintenance, and long-lasting performance of the composite decking.

Hard to Find Person or Product
No employee was around the pickup area when I showed up. I finally found somebody willing help, but it was not their department. They had a hard time finding the product. I was told several times it wasn't there before it was finally located. Hassle FULL pickup experience.
