Ratings & Reviews for TREX Transcend 1-in x 6-in x 20-ft Spiced Rum Composite Deck Board

What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the composite decking for its stunning, realistic wood-like appearance with rich color options and authentic grain texture. Most highlight the substantial weight, thickness, and durability as indicators of long-term quality, with many noting existing decks over ten years old still look pristine. The low-maintenance appeal resonates strongly—no staining, sealing, or painting required—along with splinter-free surfaces and mildew resistance. A few report warping or scratching issues, and some note the surface can become hot in direct sunlight, though these concerns are outweighed by overall satisfaction. Most customers consider it a worthwhile investment for lasting beauty and practicality.

Check your boards, do not believe date estimate
There were numerous notches in the delivered product. Additionally, lowes kept pushing the delivery date back with zero explanation. This had set back the project delivery date significantly.

Wrong Trex Board Shipped
Would RecommendOrdered a 16' Trex Tiki Torch board, but the wrong color was shipped with the rest of my order. Somehow received a 16' Trex Lava Rock board, vice what was actually ordered. Not sure how this happens.
