Trex Rum Deck Board Sample

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Deciding on the wood for a new deck can be time-consuming. I was initially attracted to this deck board due to its darker tone to match my home. I found it to match the outside of my front yard and the quality seems to be good so far. It'd be good to see how it performs.

Great looking trex

There is so much texture (looks like real wood thats just been stained). The color is beautiful , i love that its got parts that are darker. Definitely would be the envy of our neighborhood if we had a whole deck of this.

Worth it’s weight!

Needless to say probably, but it is tough. I’m not sure how long it’s rated to last, but I’ve no doubt I won’t have to replace it for as long as I’m alive to enjoy it. Built tuff - Quality stuff!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Impressed by the way this is put together. holding a blank in your hand would give you confidence that this isn't some cheap material that will deteriorate over time. You do give up a little bit in the way it looks, but from 3-4 feet away its indistinguishable from real wood. Not to mention the advantages it has against real wood (no need to seal or take care of it - e.g. spills etc.).

Beautiful Decking Option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is an impressive alternative to wood decking material. The color is rich and goes all the way through, and the material itself is very strong which indicates it would not warp readily. It is very pricey but, frankly, worth it considering how often I have had to replace my wood decking which takes a beating due to a full southern exposure. I would definitely opt for this next time I am ready to redo my deck.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Trex - Transcend Spiced Rum Deck Board is a beautiful color and very sturdy! Does NOT get slippery when it gets wet which is very important to our family! Does NOT scratch easily - we have big dogs and they have never left a scratch on it!!

Very solid and durable!

Great flooring for porch in Mulvane, KS

Just had this installed for our porch. This gray/black color goes well with our indoor color scheme of grays and blues. Love the "no nails" look.
