What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this composite decking for its realistic wood-grain appearance, exceptional durability, and maintenance-free performance. Most highlight the natural aesthetic, rich color retention, and solid construction that withstands heavy traffic and harsh weather without fading or warping. Many note it requires zero staining or painting, with boards looking new after five-plus years. The hidden fastener system and easy installation are frequently appreciated. A few mention minor issues with board straightness or color appearing darker than online images, but overall customers consider it a superior, long-lasting alternative to traditional wood.

Easy transaction; great service
Would RecommendI got the runaround from another retailer whose store color is neither blue nor red: "Yes I know our web site says we have 21 of them in stock, but we actually have zero. Yes, we still carry this item, but no, we can't order it for you." So then I met with Daniel at the Laurel Lowes, who made the transaction quick and painless. From walking me through the different product lines to placing the order, he was knowledgeable and efficient, with a great sense of humor. The only thing he got wrong w...

1500 SQUARE FOOT DECK
Would RecommendGreat Product. Deck is Lave Rock and is 8 years old, the TREX is still like new. But the treated under the deck all rotted out in 6 years. I had to remove all the top boards, over 4000 screws and replace all the joists and beams. This time I used joist tape on all joists, beams and ledger boards. I sealed and double flashed the ledger boards. This was only a 6 month project to re-due the deck that took me 2 years to build the first time. I have Trex railing on 8 foot centers and this is the qual...

Hello, we apologize for any inconvenience you have experienced. Thank you, - Trex Customer Care
Nice appearance.
Would RecommendJust installed, so time will tell. Deck boards are nice, color is a little darker than what most online pictures portray. A few areas were damaged from shipping straps rubbing on edge, and a scratch here and there. It will scratch, so watch sitting sharp edged items, ie. deck furniture legs. And, will be slippery when wet.
