What Customers Are Saying
The Trex Select composite decking boards are generally well-received for their durability, low-maintenance, and appealing wood-like appearance. Customers appreciate the variety of color options, particularly Woodland Brown and Pebble Grey, which blend nicely with different home styles. The installation process is straightforward, with the Trex clip system helping achieve consistent spacing, though some isolated issues with warping or inconsistent board widths have been reported. While the higher cost compared to traditional wood decking is a downside, many customers feel the long-term benefits justify the investment.

Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautiful gray color. Light enough to see the graining. Heavy weight. Would absolutely look beautiful on a deck or porch. Highly recommend.

Very Durable and totally Waterproof
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is very durable and totally waterproof. But besides that it has rich color and looks very nice. It resembles the look of real wood.

Very durable
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I put this piece that was sent for me to review through a full test , i stepped, i stomped, i dropped, i dropped things on it , my husband shot a bb gun at it , no damage what so ever, it is extremely strong , we plan on building a wrap around porch and this is what we chose to use. I have let several friends review the board the only complaint i heard was color choice, that they would go with a different color.

Oh To Have This As My Deck Material!
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this sample for my honest feedback. I have a Huge Backyard. And when I say Huge, I mean 44 by 100 feet! It has a slope to it since it's built on a slight incline road. The worst part about the backyard is no place to truly entertain. I have 4 grills, 2 fire pits, lots of chairs and they all just sit on the grass. I need a deck! I sent for this sample because my siding is maintenance free and I wanted my deck to be the same. The...

Pricey but hopefully worth it
Would RecommendWe purchased the composite wood to build a raft for our Lake. We wanted something that would last a long time and the guarantee on this product is 25 years. My only con about this is that we needed an eight foot piece and the only color choice was grey. We would have liked to have brown or tan. My husband needed to cut it as it was 16 ft. long and the saw went right through it.
