Ratings & Reviews for Touchstone 36-in W The Sideline Black Wall mount Fan-forced Electric Fireplace with Remote Control Included

not realistic flames or logs. no heat transfer. Returned but have not received refund.

Love it. Impressed by Quality.

Great experience at every point. You will be impressed. Many different options with flame controls. Honestly, we have a gas fireplace, and it is nice, but I have to say I really like this much better, and no fumes or smell to deal with.

Love it

Excellent. Delivery was quick, packaging superb, easy to install and love how it looks and operates. I did a lot of research on the internet and it paid off. Thank you for your product.

36in Sideline is great!!

This insert is perfect for our home! It has several flame settings and a high and low heat setting! You can have the heat off and the flame on which is great if you have kids that can’t keep their hands off of it! It is safe and easy to use! It looks fantastic in our home! Would definitely recommend!

Happy In Arizona

We recently installed the fireplace. The directions were easy to follow. We love our new fireplace.

Good so far! The LEDS are nice and bright and the ember look is cool. It came with rubber feet that can be removed and the fit in my 33” fire place was perfect. Heater works well and the app is easy.

Fireplace

It’s absolutely beautiful. So realistic and looks great in my room.

2nd Fireplace for home library

I love this fireplace. In fact, this is my second unit from Touchstone. I ordered my first one three years ago for my living room. I am currently transforming my guest bedroom into a library and this latest fireplace will add a cozy feel to this room. Thank you so much Touchstone for such a great product! I love it!!!

Beautiful! The online pictures do not do it justice

We were skeptical at first as we bought this to replace a real flame gas unit. But wow, the touchstone is much better in real life than in the pictures. Much better flame quality than other electric units. The slick glass face is flawless.

Happy? Yes Yes Yes !!

The Sideline 36 meets all of our expectations. Since natural gas and wood burning wasn’t an option for us we only had one other choice…so we decided to try electric. After looking at many manufacturers we decided on Touchstone. We’re very happy with our choice. Friends have commented on how nice it looks…and it has made a huge difference in how warm and inviting the room looks. Thank you Touchstone.

Good quality product

We received our Touchstone fireplace in a timely manner and it was everything they advertised it to be. We are installing it in our RV and we are excited because it will add a homey touch to our RV and some warmth. Great Product!!!

Great electric fireplace

Good experience overall. Don’t waste your money on the ‘fire crackle’ sound add on. It’s not integrated into the unit, but rather a very cheap handheld speaker that plays a scratchy fire sound. Super cheesy.

A great addition to our living room

It's a super good fireplace, especially at the price. The heat works well and the screen is very sharp and high quality. Easy to install as well. Definitely worth it!

Ok, this is awesome

The look is spectacular. It provides just enough heat to take the chill off. Really meets our needs...

Sideline 36

Always an excellent experience with Touchstone. This is the products we use everyday on projects.

36” Touchstone recessed fireplace

Very attractive and easy to install. Used diagram for rough framing where a wood fireplace was removed with mirror above. Removed mirror and installed outlet & cable for TV above. Also used dedicated outlet to breaker for fireplace. Did a lot of research before buying this recess fireplace, liked that you could screw into framing and choices of crystal and logs. I would highly recommend. Very happy with my choice.
