I’m hopeful!
I did my research and loved everything about the touchstone fireplace. Unfortunately, I have not been able to use it yet as my contractor had to stop working on the remodel for a family emergency. I will post as soon as we try it,

Warm and cozy
Our new 36" Touchstone electric fireplace has just been installed. It warms up our TV room and adds ambience on the cold Michigan nights. Great product! Thanks!

DIY Media/Fireplace Console
I'm so in love with this project! The retail price tag was hefty for the quality I wanted... so I decided to make one myself! I found the perfect used dresser, then researched fireplace options, learning that I needed one designed for in wall installation. After removing the doors and center drawers, I cut out the area needed for the fireplace, then chalk-painted and waxed... et voilà!

Gorgeous realistic ambience
The fireplace is just as or even better than the video..realistic dancing flames and glowing embers.

Touchstone 36" Electric Fireplace
We installed this fireplace in our vacation condo unit. It is the exact model we installed in our home. It is the right size for our locations and the presentation is very good. Also, the dimensions given in the specifications/installation guide are very accurate. This made it easy to make an enclosure which the fireplace fits into perfectly.

The Sideline 36" Recessed Fireplace
I have just had the fireplace ready for use for a week. I have enjoyed being able to change the colors of the crystals. I use this in a room with a cathedral ceiling and I have been surprised at the amount of heat it produces. I am very pleased. I have not used the faux log at this time.

The Answer To The Problem
The house that I live in Ca. has a fireplace in the family room. We used it for the first few years but the heat went mostly up the chimney. So we stopped using it. 43 years later I found the Sideline 36 Recessed Elect. Fireplace. With a little adjusting it was a perfect fit. Now we have a functioning fireplace that looks as good if not better than the original one. We now have an artificial fire even in the summer. We only use the artificial flame and not the elect. heat but its there if we nee...

Electric Fireplace
We had a gas fire place that we never used. Replaced with this electric one and I love it. I have it lit all the time. Such an improvement in looks too.

Beautiful fireplace!
The fireplace came exactly when you said it would and my husband loves it! He has not yet had time to get it set up. It looks like it is excellent quality and he is looking forward to using it in his man-cave.

Love my new fireplace!
Despite being backordered, as soon as the product was in, I received it next day! I couldn't believe how quickly my new fireplace arrived (just before the holidays during a world-wide pandemic!) The sideline fireplace looks great, works very well and puts off good heat when needed! I added trim around the front face to give it a more finished look, other than that, it's ready to just pop into your wall and start enjoying! Super easy install and great service! Love this product and company!

So Far So Good!
So far we love our new fireplace, it is very beautiful and my 3 year old son loves to change the colors. It puts out a good amount of heat to supplement our living room. I have yet to report if it drastically increases my electric bill but I will update my review a little later on after I have used it.
