Love our fireplace!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very high quality product and instructions. We built a bump out for it, and found a granite remnant for the mantel on top. Living in the Arizona desert it gets cold in the winter but just the realistic flames without the heater on warms our home!

This fireplace is everything we were looking for. Installation was easy, unit fit nicely into the rough opening size required in the directions. Directions were easy to follow and it’s very easy to operate. My wife loves all of the optional flame settings!

Great purchase
Bought one of the electric heater / fireplace. Looked at cheaper units but wasn’t willing to risk a fire by purchasing a cheaper offshore unit. I was very suprised at the quality of these units. They look fantastic and the heater is quiet and works perfect. It runs very cool in the cabinet it’s mounted in. Well worth the cost.
