This chainsaw has plenty of power for pruning or even chopping up fallen large limbs or smaller trees. Battery life is decent but if you own more than one battery you should have no problems making a large pile of logs without having to worry about charging at all. Another Nice Toro Battery Tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have replaced almost all of my gas powered outdoor tools with Toro 60V MAX tools to include lawn mower, trimmer, blower and now this chain saw. Recently cut down 18 tall arborvitaes and the tool worked almost flawlessly. Until I got used to it, if the chain got caught on very small branches, it would come off the track. Good news is that it was pretty simple to put the chain back on the track by simply unscrewing two nuts and a cover. Now ...

Great Home Use Saw

Great, powerful electric chainsaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I picked up this electric chainsaw to help take down a few trees in my yard. I have been impressed with Toro's electric tools and this chainsaw doesn't let down. Easy to use, lightweight and perfect size. This tool has been able to handle all of the work I have used it for. Used for a day solid, taking down about 4 to 5 medium sized trees, and didn't even need to recharge the battery. This is a great tool, highly recommended.

Good for light duty - homeowner use

It has 4 leds on the battery showing charge level. Started out with a full charge and after 20-25 minutes of cutting it was showing only one led lighting up. Good saw

Makes Life Easier

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned an Echo 16 in. for 3 years. At age 65 it is getting harder to yank the cord to start it up. The Toro 16 in gives me the power I need and ease of use with just a push button to start it up. I will never buy anything but Toro now. Battery is the way to go. Anthony Adame

60 volt chainsaw

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used it to cut up a downed tree at my cabin. The tree was around 22” in diameter so I had to cut it from both sides. I almost made it through 4 complete cuts before I had to switch batteries. I am very impressed with how well this saw cuts and how long the battery lasted.
