Best chainsaw ever!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had to purchase this chainsaw in an emergency with a huge downed tree on my property. The 60V Max 16 was a life saver, ran great, weighs a lot less than my gas chainsaw and runs strong. Got the job done. Best investment ever!

Very bad

I've had this less than 2 years, and I'm very unimpressed. First: it has very slow start up. I want to cut quick and be done. You actually have to squeeze the trigger and wait a noticeable amount of time before it's up to speed. Second: It hestitates often start up. So not only is the start up slow, it hiccups and stutters sometimes too. Third: very poor bar oil management. I cannot store this thing in any orientation that prevent bar oil leaks. It always leak.

Better than any gas powered saw.

No more hassling with my gas saw every time that I need to trim trees. The amount of time that I would spend working on my gas saw I can already have the job done with the electric Toro. The electric saw is so quiet I don’t even need ear plugs. Everyone within a 1 mile radius could hear my gas saw running. I will never buy another gas powered...

Toro Chainsaw revies

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a 4.5 acre yard with many trees. It will not cut down a large oak tree, but it was not designed to do that. It will handle smaller trees and large limbs. I gave my old Homelite gas chain saw away when I got this. I love it and the Toro blower that uses the same battery.

Very nice not having to have to add/or mix gas and oil. The bar/chain oiler took a few minutes of running unloaded before being primed through the whole system. garbage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the string timer and the 24" hedge timer. Pretty satisfied with those. This chain saw is garbage. First off I don't do have of what they show in they're promo videos. I'm trimming tree branches. I have to adjust the chain constantly. It gets stuck and it's stuck on less then 2" branches. I've replaced the chain 2 times already and I bought it last year. Chain pops off all the time no matter how its adjusted. Just garbage. Wish I never...

Chainsaw makes short work of yard clean up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great chainsaw and great value. I used it to cut down a dead maple tree in my yard. The saw is very easy to operate. I did need to charge the battery once during the job but the battery charger is very fast and the battery was fully charged before I finished eating lunch.
