Would Not RecommendYou never know what you are getting. 2 out of 4 bags were not soil but chipped/grinded red colored wood mixed with sawdust or sand. The other 2 bags were the black soil and was just fine. Had to return the other 2 bags which slowed down progress on my project. This is the second time this brand of topsoil has disappointed me with wood chips and sawdust.

Would Not Recommendthis in no way could be used to start grass or top coat your lawn. it's clay and rocks , sand etc no organic matter. it is just ok for leveling lawn holes and dips but you would have to add REAL top soil to grow anything. it shouldn't even be called top soil! it's just basic fill!
