Ratings & Reviews for T-Rex Waterproof and Repair Clear Waterproof Duct Tape 1.88-in x 10 Yard(s)

Stronger than any tape I’ve tried!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape truly stands out from anything I’ve used before. It stretches like rubber and doesn’t tear even under strong tension. The adhesive layer is impressively sticky, so it holds firmly even on fabric. I’ve noticed it works especially well on fine-textured materials, where other tapes usually fail. Another big plus is that it’s resistant to moisture and water, which makes it very reliable. I’m happy with this product and plan to use it both...

Wow is all I can say!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stuff is incredible! My son had to pull it using his entire 90lb body weight and it stretched almost 3 feet away for an entire minute before it broke. You cannot rip it by hand! The stick is ample and the texture is smooth. I can't believe I've never used this tape before but I'll definitely be sticking with it!

Amazingly Sticky and Strong Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] T-Rex waterproof and repair tape is extremely durable and strong! I have used it on several different occasions. I used it to hold up my grow lights. I also used it to hold up my dog gate. I would definitely recommend and purchase in the future.

He was very impressed with the ability of the tape to work in low temperatures as well as high temperatures. Thank you @influenster!

Great adhesive tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is very adhesive while also being stretchy so that you can fit it well to whatever object you are wanting to tape it with. It was difficult to rip which can be a bit frustrating but also means it is very durable. I do wish it was clear instead of white just because I feel I would have more use for it.

Came in very handy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed to make an emergency repair on one of our gutters, and we ended up being able to use this tape to fix the issue until a longer term solution can be put in place. The great flexibility and waterproof nature of this tape made it ideal since we had to maneuver the tape around the shape of the gutter, and we knew that even with rain it would stay in place. It's plenty strong enough to hold everything together. It's a good thing to keep on...

Delivers as it promises!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is NO joke! I tested it on glass, plastic, and rubber, and it passed with flying colors. It is highly durable and has a thick adhesive layer. When surfaces were dirty, adhesion was questionable, so I made sure to wipe them clean first. The tape has been on an old bicycle for three weeks, enduring rain, mud, pavement, and concrete with complete success. My only complaint is that I found it difficult to tear or cut the tape from the rol...

I also used it to repair a hole in my tarp. It holds up very well and can be used for multiple things indoors or out!

A great choice for serious fixes!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] T-Rex Tape is a tough, weather-resistant tape praised for its strong grip and durability. Great for outdoor and heavy-duty repairs, but can be hard to cut and leaves residue. Less effective on wet surfaces. A solid choice for serious fixes.

Massive help during the summer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tape is extremely helpful for many different purposes, especially during the summer months with all the pool and water activities. We used this tape to patch a small hole on an inflatable pool as well as a pool floaty. The tape as far as we tested and experienced was quite strong with good adhesive even with water. In the pictures you can see where I filled a glove with water then punctured a hole to test out the tape on. The tape adhered ...

Definitely strong and waterproof!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Me and my husband approve of this tape!!! It’s super flexible but yet super strong and durable! I literally put it on a wet water bottle and it stuck like it wasn’t even wet! It’s super sticky but doesn’t leave a residue which we really love. I used it to to wrap a handle on a scrub brush because our dog got ahold of it and chewed on it leaving the handle sharp. Just a few layers and you couldn’t feel it anymore. It was actually a soft feeling ...

Really works.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was pleasantly surprised by this tape! I have never heard of it before but decided to give it a try when I noticed it was advertised waterproof and durable. I used the tape to seal a small leak in the seam of my gutters. It worked great. Easy to use and performs as advertised.

Best tape yet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this stuff. I was able to use it for practically everything in my classroom! On top of it being waterproof it was so strong I taped together a heavy duty poster that has yet to fall! Definitely will be buying

Extremely adhesive and versatile for many projects

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] iIt is extremely powerful adhesion and the tape sticks well to canvas surface. it is supposed to be weather resistant so I am hopeful it will hold up. I did end up having to cut the tape with scissors due to it's strength. It is difficult to remove if placed in the wrong spot. Overall it is slightly expensive but if it holds up over time it will be well worth it.

Very flexible

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The tape is very very very sticky but yet flexible. It was difficult to cut because of its stickiness. I used it to fix lids that came off of the baby wipes. Several toy boxes. It’s very multipurpose. I also used it on a leaky water toy. The adhesion is unmatched. I like it very much.

Patch it up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will give this 4 stars for now. Used it to patch up a hose and so far so good. So far no leaks so the waterproof claims seems to be true. Time will tell.
