Ratings & Reviews for T-Rex Waterproof and Repair Clear Waterproof Duct Tape 1.88-in x 10 Yard(s)

pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i got this for free and this is my honest opinion! I used this on a small hole in my wooden garage door and so far it seems to be holding up strong. not sure how long it will last but it’s doing the job so far. it’s inside so can’t speak to the waterproofing

Great outdoor tape.

I used black T-Rex tape on the black plastic I put over my IBC rain catchment totes to keep the sunlight out. This tape is amazing. The tops of the totes are uneven leaving pockets that fill up with rain water and it has held together for 2 years now! 100% waterproof once its on. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Its simply fantastic.

Weather resistant

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good repair tape. Very sticky and is waterproof and weather resistant. I hope it will last throughout the test of time. Strength is strong and I can use it to repair outdoors.

Great!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this all-weather adhesive tape and I was impressed with its performance. It sticks firmly, even in tough conditions, and holds up well both indoors and outdoors. The durability and strong grip make it very reliable, and it doesn’t lose adhesion when exposed to heat, cold, or moisture. Overall, a great tape for multiple uses—I would definitely recommend it.

Unlike Any Other Tape I’ve Used

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is unlike any other tape I have used. It's very thin, strong, and flexible. Its almost more like a film than a tape, but it has great holding power. I used it on the radon mitigation pipe that goes into our sump pit. I had been using duct tape but it had an issue with the amount of moisture that can be present and would eventually lose its stickiness. This stuff is perfect since it does well with moisture. I'm sure I will find many othe...

Good waterproof tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tested the T-Rex waterproof tape and was impressed. I used it to patch a hole in a cup I filled with water, and the tape held strong with no leaks. A major plus is that it's stretchy and flexible, which makes it great for odd shapes. You can even apply it underwater. Just be aware that you'll need scissors to cut it. Overall, it's a solid choice for repairs where you need a flexible, compressive, and reliable seal.

Haven’t used yet, but…..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven’t had a chance to use it you, however…….we heard so much good things about it and my husband is very excited to use it. He was very thankful for it because he couldn’t find it anywhere for some reason, but excited to use it for his projects.

4 out o 5

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] T-Rex Strong Tape is one of those products that mostly delivers on its bold promises. It’s incredibly sticky and holds up well under pressure — literally. Whether it's patching up a cracked plastic bin or reinforcing something outdoors, the tape grabs tight and stays put, even in rain or heat. But with that strength comes a trade-off: it’s not very user-friendly. Tearing it by hand is almost impossible (you’ll need scissors), and it’s so sticky...

Great tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn’t even know I needed this until I used it. The waterproof abilities are a game changer. Perfect for little odd jobs around the house. Would recommend

Durable tape!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape works fantastic. Our kids broke a back-scratcher and we needed something durable. We tried the t-Rex tape and it has held up perfectly. No tearing or issues whatsoever and it’s been a couple weeks. Can’t wait to try this on more! I received this product free for Influenster in exchange for my honest review.

Functional and durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to peel off and with just the right elasticity, Trex tape stretches to your liking while staying secure. It feels manageable in use but holds impressively strong once applied, making it reliable for waterproof repairs and everyday fixes.

Very strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed some good tape, and this stuff was delivered. It's definitely strong and tough. You can’t tear this stuff like duct tape. You’ve got to cut it. And it sticks very well. Very strong. Worked well for what I needed

T-Rex Tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first time trying T-Rex tape has been a success. This seems to be durable with a strong adhesive. I cut with scissors bc it was too hard to tear. Apply to dry surface even though it can be used to waterproof.

Super durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is great. I use it around the house for repairs and the quality is topnotch. Waterproof and tear resistant. Easy to use as well. No complaints.

Must have for RV living

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love T-Rex tape, it’s super strong, sticks to almost anything, and holds up even outside. Way tougher than regular duct tape. It's waterproof and flex to fit technology. It's got a fierce grip too! I define will be purchasing this again!

Ultra-strong and durable waterproof tape that seal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] T-Rex Tape really lives up to its “ferociously strong” name. The adhesion is incredibly powerful and once it’s on, it stays put—even outdoors in heat, cold, or rain. It seals out water and air well, making it super useful for quick fixes around the house, car, or even outdoor gear. The waterproof quality works best if the surface is dry before applying, though—it doesn’t always stick as well to already wet areas. My only challenge was handling ...

Waterproof repair tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is pretty stick. Easy to apply and it durable. I used it to tape up a few pieces in the garden and it lasted all summer. Highly recommend tape for a quick small fix

Tape Tough!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape held together really well. It was able to be used on multiple types of items to fix them. It even held together through lots of rain and wind.

Nice repair tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice tape used it for repairs on underbelly of a house good stick nice stretch could use it to pull things together would definitely buy if I was in a need a again

Decent tape

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tape didn't seem super sticky. I ended up using some on a PVC pipe outside to test and it was decent for a while, but not sticky enough to last through water.
