I'm not sure what "under water " application they say this works on, but it doesn't work "under water" on an above ground pool...and that's the only reason I purchased this tape. After hold my finger over the hole on the inside " under water " I slowed the leak down enough so I could get a 2" piece of the tape over the hole on the outside of the pool, but I still had to put a piece on the " under water "side to were the two pieces were then able to bond together, and that's the only time I was a...

It really does work

I used it in my winter pool cover to get another year out of it!! That was 2 years ago!! It fell. Of this year but we're using it again and maybe get another 2 years out of our winter pool cover

Amazingly strong and stays in place

Used on pool vinyl liner held up 3 years so far. Amazingly strong

Not Waterproof

It's pretty sad when I try to leave an honest review that this type is no good and it won't even let that go through. This type does not hold up to any kind of water. And it's not under high pressure it's for a darn drain

NOT as good as it says fell OFF right away

I bought this of INSIDE use btw plywood for seams, 1st rain it fell OFF from damp plywood , mindful it was used INSIDE a chicken coop and not exposed to outside/ direct rain , i would get a refund if i could, but learned lesson too late

Very Handy for Leaks

I repaired a bathtub with this tape and it was still holding when I removed the tub for a larger one. I've also used it to seal a leaky fitting into my RVs holding tank and I used it to make a plug for my Shark Pro Steamer. This tape WORKS!

Worthless

A waste of money! Did not stick to wood or foam board. Do not buy.

Beyond my expectations

This TRex tape brings the ability of repairing and restoring to a new level not accessible before. My most recently profound successful use of this tape, was in the application over the black window seals on my 2005 Volvo XC90. In doing so, it basically restored the weatherstripping on the vehicle which would have cost hundreds of dollars. It has been through many Car Washes since and has held up in a superior capacity.

Tried repairing small leak on tank and absolute rubbish. Did nothing except fall off

Durable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this tape as a temporary fix to one of my hoses and I was surprised how well it held up! It claims to be waterproof and so far, so good. It is on the thinner side but it appears to still be strong and resistant.

Works for many different uses

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is some seriously strong tape. It's thin but flexible and stretchy. I haven't tested its waterproof ability but I don't doubt that at all. I'd love to get this tape in different colors or if they make a clear tape. I'm a fan!

Fiercely strong

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tape is awesome. It is fiercely strong, durable and waterproof what more can you ask for. It seems to get stronger the longer it is on. Mine came in white which was fun. Besides using it for an outdoor project, I tested it on my desk and then took it off and put it back on and the adhesive was stronger then ever. I was able to stretch it and the bond is amazing. Highly recommend this tape to get the job done

Heavy duty!

Strong and durable

Stronger than any tape I’ve tried!
