What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the finished product's appearance, durability, and functionality, with most describing it as a perfect backyard addition that exceeds expectations. While assembly demands significant effort—typically 8 to 15 hours with over 70 steps and heavy components—nearly all agree the final result justifies the labor. Many note the spacious interior, solid construction, and attractive design. Some criticize unclear instructions with unlabeled parts and confusing sections, particularly the roof. A few encountered minor hardware issues. Overall, reviewers strongly recommend the product despite assembly challenges.

Parts missing
Would RecommendNot Satisfied At All
Would Not RecommendThis product is sold by other companies and the chairs and shelving is included. From Lowes you will just receive the shed. My fault I did not read the entire item before purchasing and putting it together. Purchase from Costco and get more for your money. They will not price match because the item number is different than Costco. Costco is $400 cheaper and you receive the additional items.

Great finished product after a tedious assembly
Would RecommendI’m going to start with saying we absolutely love the finished product. Most important thing I can say is you must have, or build a base to put the floor on. If it is not level, you will not be able toto assemble it properly. Many people build concrete slabs or wooden pads. I used asphalt millings inside a wooden frame. Leveled and compacted….perfect. The directions are FAIRLY self explanatory if you read the text and look at the pictures. If you only do one or the other, it gets confusing. D...
Nice Cabana. Install instructions easy to follow.

Third-party delivery company not the best
Would RecommendThe product itself thus far is great, however the shipping and delivery process left a lot to be desired. However only 1 of 2 boxes was initially delivered, which left is having to deal with the offshore call center to get the shipping problem resolved, including the local store manager, which took 3 days.

Would RecommendA lot of work to build the base. A lot of work to build the shed. I love it! Hint number one... watch the video. Hint number two. Don't buy and mount an outdoor TV. Get a cheap projector and screen. Hint number three... Don't tighten any of the screws in slots until the end.

Suncast Cabana/Shed
I'll start by saying the finished product looks great—fully functional and better than expected. The shed kit comes in two boxes, each weighing 300 pounds and strapped together on a pallet. You'll definitely need at least two adults to unload each box. Before unboxing all the parts, note that the shed includes a floor but not a base. We only discovered this after reading the instructions, which led to one adult leaving the site to buy materials, returning, and then building/leveling a base. If ...
Not Worth the Aggravation
Would Not RecommendBar shed was missing 2 bags of hardware, a bracket and the entire retractable bar was damaged. This was multiple trips to Lowe’s and over 2 hours of my time just to get the parts that should have been in the box. Suncast sucks!
