Worst customer service ever

I would love to review product but they sent one box, theres two appearently. i unpacked everything broke down box. Then noticed half the items were there, found out there was second box. Asked them to send it, and they said i have to repackage, return it and they will eventually send two more boxes. I read the reviews saying worst customer service then experienced it. Save yourself the headache and dont order this.

OK for what it is; you get what you pay for.

I'm pretty handy. It took myself and a carpenter friend 8 hours to build this. The instructions leave a lot to the imagination. As other reviews say, if you're not handy, you may want to pay for an installer. Not happy with the overall quality. 5 months in, roof is beginning to separate at seam.

Bad customer service

I bought this shed March of 2025 this year and it broke called Suncoast and Lowe’s to see what they could do for me or at least honor the 10 year warranty they were no help. Buy at your own risk or buy an extra protection plan because they won’t honor anything.

Missing parts -Lowes did not advocate for consumer

Product was delivered in two sealed boxes, missing parts from BOTH boxes, as well as two of the same side floor board. Suncast 'ordered' missing parts and after 3 business days still has the order as pending. This was an expensive purchase in which a day was taken out of work, and wasted, for assembly. Lowes didn't offer to advocate with Suncast and instead simply offered to connect me to their number. What was an 8-15 hour planned assembly has now turned into a minimum of 15 days as the missing...

Too long to put together. Not clear on instructio

I feel that this product could have been preassembled in a lot of ways. It came in two boxes. I don’t see why it wasn’t semi put together. If you purchased this, make sure you pay for assembly it took us at least 12 hours to put together.

Good Shed

The setup could’ve been easier with a little pre-assembly by the factory, and the base should be a more robust base, not the same material the top and sides are made out of.

Delivery

Unsatisfied with delivery. I was aware of curbside delivery. But, make sure delivery person has an assistant otherwise you’ll be stuck offloading excess weight yourself. Not to mention stairs to home are almost blocked off. I had paid extra for Saturday delivery as I had help. Delivery was delayed and now it has to sit on my sidewalk covered as on pic until Saturday again and risk not being stolen. Unreal!

I like that it can act as both storage and an outdoor bar! It really brings our outdoor entertaining life to life!

Great Shed/Bar

It is an incredible shed/bar! Installing it and putting it together takes two people and takes about 15 hours. But once together it is a solid piece!

Good Buy - Hard to Assemble

This is a great product. Well engineered, very strong & sturdy and very functional. Boy oh boy was it a bear to assemble. I had a friend help me and it took us both 8-9 hours of non-stop work to get it done. Almost all the assembly steps were clear and straight-forward. There were a few problems along the way but we worked them out. I would definitely buy again but might consider paying for assembly.
