I feel that this product could have been preassembled in a lot of ways. It came in two boxes. I don’t see why it wasn’t semi put together. If you purchased this, make sure you pay for assembly it took us at least 12 hours to put together.
Customer very disappointed!
Suncast needs to fire their qualify control team. A lot of parts provided were not drilled correctly or off centered. I am stuff with parts that dont fit correctly. Wasted so much time trying to fit with what defective parts they provided. These idi0ts either dont care about their customer or just plain careless. I wouldn't give a single star but I had no choice but to give at least one that isnt deserved. Failed product. ****steer away from this product**!

The setup could’ve been easier with a little pre-assembly by the factory, and the base should be a more robust base, not the same material the top and sides are made out of.

Delivery
Unsatisfied with delivery. I was aware of curbside delivery. But, make sure delivery person has an assistant otherwise you’ll be stuck offloading excess weight yourself. Not to mention stairs to home are almost blocked off. I had paid extra for Saturday delivery as I had help. Delivery was delayed and now it has to sit on my sidewalk covered as on pic until Saturday again and risk not being stolen. Unreal!
