What Customers Are Saying

The tile has a mixed reception, with some finding it attractive and easy to install, while others report issues with quality and durability. Positives include a nice neutral color and pattern, and ease of installation for some. However, many experienced problems with the tile chipping, cracking, or breaking easily, as well as inconsistent sizing and coloring between tiles. Cutting the tile was also challenging, often resulting in breakage. Despite these quality concerns, some customers were still satisfied with the final look.

Great Master Bedroom Makeover

Would Recommend

Our tile installer had a little trouble cutting nice clean cuts on this tile because it was chippy on the edges. Overall we have been using it for 2 months now. No chips and it is holding up great. Hides dust and looks great.

Im very happy with how this tile turned out

Would Recommend

I was pretty worried when reading about the reviews saying this tile would shatter whenever you tried to cut it. I am a DIY'er, and have only helped lay tile once about a decade ago. I borrowed a professional tile saw from a friend (a Falker Tile Master), and bought a diamond blade for my angle grinder for cuts that one couldnt do. I will say, I did not break a single tile. Not cutting out the toilet hole, or for a vent in the middle of the floor that required a "C" shaped cut out of the tile. ...

price friendly-installation nightmare

Would Not Recommend

I have been installing tile for over 30 years and I can honestly say that this is the hardest porcelain tile I have ever tried to cut. shower control valves, shower heads, and toilet flange holes are next to impossible to get cut in one piece regardless of what you use. ie; angle grinder dry, wet saw, angle grinder wet. I have spent a hour and 6 pieces of tile only to end up installing a broken piece of tile after giving up on ever getting it cut in one piece. what else can you do? the new porce...

Biggest regret of our kitchen

Would Not Recommend

We installed approximately 400 SF of this tile in our kitchen and have been incredibly dissatisfied for two reason: 1. It looks beautiful immediately after it has been swept and mopped, but it shows every trace of dirt and food. With two little kids and a dog, I am constantly having to clean this floor. 2. This floor has only been in our kitchen for 6 months and we already have no less than 10 cracked tiles. They crack incredibly easily. The cracks look awful, like there is a long black hair on ...

Nice Product

Would Recommend

This is a beautiful tile.We tiled 180sq. ft. I used a tile cutter for the straight cuts and a wet saw for the tighter notches. Only 1 tile broke crooked and I used the snips for that. this is a true grey tile with lighter striations. I encountered 2 issues. There was different tile sizes. Some were a tad bit thicker and longer. The Other issue is there were quite a few tiles with a marking on them. It looks like a pencil mark but it is in the tile. I saved those to use under the cabinets and ap...

Read the other one star reviews-tile cannot be cut

Would Not Recommend

I love the look of this tile but unfortunately even with a sharp new blade this tile cannot be cut! Read the other one star reviews and you will see others with the same issue--wish I would've seen them before installation! Tile is beautiful but unfortunately if you have a vent or toilet or any obstruction the tile cannot be cut! it breaks every time! My tile installer who has 15 years of experience wasted at least a case of tile trying to get it to cut and it would shatter. Finally we ended up ...

Don't buy this tile unless you have a wet saw

Would Not Recommend

I had 5 boxes of this stuff - it won't score and cut on a tile saw - it shatters. Tried cutting it with a diamond tip grinder wheel - it shattered. The only way to cut this tile is with a wet saw. I've never seen tile shatter as easily as this stuff. Be careful too - it shatters into super sharp shards.

This Tile CANNOT BE CUT!!!!!

Would Not Recommend

This is the worst product I have ever seen in a porcelain tile. I purchased this tile for a small bathroom floor and hired a contractor with 30 years experience in laying tile. The tile laid down just fine as long as there were no cuts to be made. The contractor finally managed to cut enough tiles in half to lay most of the floor until he got to the floor vent. He tried three different saws - hand tile saw (both wet and dry) and a wet tile table saw - to make these cuts. The tiles all shattered....

Beautiful tile

Would Recommend

Love this tile. We used the 6x24 tile our bathroom remodel and it's an awesome neutral, kind of modern look without being too trendy looking. It's a light gray, but really more of a greige. My dad and husband installed it, no issues. We didn't have problems with different size/dye/etc but we only needed two boxes. That might change once we do our kitchen, where we want to do the 12x24 tiles. It has held up well over the last three months. We went with the recommended "warm gray" grout which I li...

Good product for the price

Would Recommend

Important to get all tile for your project from the same batch. Make sure that your tile saw has a new blade and it is cutting from above instead of from below. The tile are somewhat fragile and chips easy during installation. Once installed they look like a million bucks. Really good product for the price.

Very Happy

Would Recommend

We had two showers tiled in he 6x24 tiles along with a mosaic. We love the outcome and the look of the finished product. The work was completed back in May but I am just now writing this review. So far we have had no issues and hopefully nothing will come up. We have had many compliments on the look and style of this tile. I highly recommend. I did notice a few reviews that stated numerous boxes had damaged tile. We where very careful when purchasing to get the same lot as well as doing our best...

3 different lot sizes/ matte and shine

Would Recommend

Like previous reviews.. there is variation in sizing. I wrote down all the lot numbers and was trying to find the same ones but discovered there is essentially 3 different types. There's a "6" or a "7' written on the outside of the box. If you get all boxes with the same number then you don't have to worry about matching lots. There is also a lot with the matte finish.. it's can be a "6" or "7" size-- watch out for those! Otherwise, the tile looks great. Just a serious hassle with making sure th...

Beware of dye lots

Would Not Recommend

I order this online for store pickup just to make it easier. I would think that the people in the flooring department that pulled the tiles for me would check the dye lots, since they are supposed to be the experienced ones, but no, that didn't happen and I went home with 3 different dye lots. We realized that there was a difference but didn't realize how bad it really was until the we had laid quite a few boxes. Some of the tiles are definitely not silver or gray at all, they are a tan, beige c...

Love the outcome

Would Recommend

We purchased this tile for our kitchen and guest bathroom floor. After reading the reviews, I made sure that the amount of tile we needed was from the same "lot" as most people suggested. We had it professionally installed, so I cannot comment on the easy of cutting and installing. The installers didn't seem to run into any issues from what I observed during installation. We went with "warm gray" grout color and I'm thrilled with the final result (grout also from lowes). I would highly recommend...

Tiles Do Not Match!

Would Not Recommend

Installed these tiles in a bath renovation. They looked fine until the contractor got to approxiamtely 6 feet up, then the color changed drastically - light to dark! What would have been a nice bathroom renovation is now ruined. If you plan to use these tiles, buy them all at once and then check them for the color match before installing!

worst tile ever

Would Not Recommend

This tile was selected by my contractor and me. I reminded my contractor that there were a few reviews that stated the tile was prone to chipping. My contractor should have refused to use after he started. He could not get a clean cut, instead he slapped the poorly cut tile on the walls. My bathroom looks like a drunk was cutting and laying. Contractor was awful but tile was just as bad. Had another contractor come in and told me complete gut was only way to fix. He tried cutting and said tile w...

Beautiful Tile

Would Recommend

Beautiful tile. Since I'm a bit of perfectionist, I'll mention that the tile was nicked in a couple places during install, which I think I can remedy with a marker. I'm not sure if most people would even notice it. If the color was solid throughout the tile, the white little nicks in the tile would show less. These nicks are maybe the size of a sharpened pencil point, and cannot be seen unless laying on the floor. This isn't the least expensive porcelain tile, but the design was the nicest for t...
