What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the visual appeal and aesthetic quality, noting the flooring looks like authentic wood with stunning color options at competitive prices. Many report the finish exceeds expectations in person. However, several experience significant installation challenges with the click-and-lock system, reporting planks that don't click together properly or require extra tools. Some also note durability concerns, with planks chipping easily during or after installation. Despite these drawbacks, most customers express high satisfaction with the product's appearance and consider it worthwhile.
